The Right Ingredients for Success
As Western Canada's largest grocery retailer, Canada Safeway is well positioned to be a charitable fundraising force. For the last decade, we've been proud to partner with Canada Safeway and the Canada Safeway Foundation to transform the customer traffic of their stores into tangible social support for the community. Working together, we've helped the Canada Safeway Foundation raise over $16 million toward initiatives as diverse as prostate cancer awareness and helping disabled children attend summer camp.
It is an honour to work with this socially responsible organization. It’s been rewarding to know we have helped them help the broader community. The funds we have raised, the kids who have been able to experience summer camp and the awards our fundraising campaigns have received are a testament to the good work that can be done when warm hearts team up with creative minds.
